Sweet tooth or his real name Marcus "Needles" Kane is a character from the game twisted metal he drives a ice cream truck and is the only twisted metal character to be seen driving different cars such as Dark tooth, Tower tooth, and gold tooth.
Background: Sweet tooth has been cursed with the burden of the fires of Hell upon his head, which burns him endlessly and causes him pain he was once offered by Calypso to remove the cures but he would have to go back to his way of killing the Innocent but sweet tooth kills Calypso and continues in his truck
